The two most powerful ways to change your life!

It’s a colossal universe we live in and it is quite natural to sometimes feel lost and insignificant in all its vastness. Like a little speck of sand in an ever growing desert.

But what if I told you, that each speck of sand in that ever growing desert, has the entirety of the universe within it. That tiny, frail, seemingly insignificant grain of sand. Now, imagine the vastness of your soul. You creative, intelligent, emotional being.

Sometimes, the answers to our questions are those that are the most obvious, that are right in front of us; but we fail to see them because we’re in search of something more complex, something more befitting to this idea of the universe and of life that we have created.

If you think the world you live in is complex, you couldn’t be farther away from the truth. We struggle to get through days. We let ourselves be led into worry and fear, by nobody else but ourselves. Think about that.

The reality of this universe that we exist in is that, there are actually only two extremely simple things to remember and practice, in order to be able to unlock all the abundance in the universe. Just two things, to change your life forever.

You’ll be surprised at how many times you’ve heard of them.

They are GRATITUDE and RELEASE.

Gratitude is genuinely a magic ingredient in the recipe of an abundant life. Here’s the thing. Many of us think we are being grateful, but in reality, we are just saying the word and feeling close to nothing in our hearts. You see, for the universe to understand you, you need to speak in energy. Energy is the language of the universe. You must feel gratitude in the extreme depths of your being. You must feel the happiness deep with your heart when you wake up each morning. Notice each and every blessing, and even be grateful for the ability to see and feel these blessings. Remember this everyday. Be aware of the world around you, be aware of the smallest things. The sun rise, the sunset, the wind. It’s hard to find wonder in small things when you’re down in life. But the sun still rises, a new day still dawns. The universe wants to give, it wants you to have abundance, but by not feeling gratitude, you are not only blinding yourself to the wonders of the world, but cutting all communication with the abundance of the universe.

Start small. Notice the little things. Feel the energy change as you thank the universe for that little moment. Rekindle that bond, reconnect to the source.

Release. We often go through life carrying past burdens on our shoulders. Past situations and experiences that our conscious mind has blocked out, but still lie buried and growing roots in the deepest corners of the subconscious. These burdens load our heart and mind, and we become hoarders of negativity. We block out the light of the universe and it’s abundance and live a life that feels tiring, pointless and negative. We begin to experience more negative things, meet more negative people and attract more trouble. The truth is, that one of the biggest laws of the universe is that “Like attracts like”. Thus, we attract exactly what we have hoarded on the inside. Distress, negativity and despair.

This is exactly why we need to release those experiences, and cut cords with the way they made us feel. Releasing your past is not something many of us can do in a day. Years of built up pain, resentment, regrets that have taken over our subconscious like weeds in an unkempt garden. They will need to be dealt with and pulled out one at a time.

Take some time out, relax yourself, breathe. Think of each experience and write it down. As you write each one down, you will feel the pain of the experience surfacing. Allow yourself to feel freely and then say the words – “I release the pain of this experience. I am now free.”

You can also use your own words or add your own words to this. As you do this, visualize the pain leave your body and float away into the universe. Do this over days, months, years. However you find comfortable. This is a method that worked for me but you can use any method you see fit. The point is to release the pain of your past so that you can make space in your soul for the universe to pour in it’s abundance.

Start your day with the words:

  • I am grateful.
  • I release my pain to the universe.
  • I am divinely guided and protected.
  • I am never alone.
  • I have no regrets.
  • I am always blessed.
